Has a loved on died? We can help you obtain Probate or Letters of Administration to administer the estate.

Have you been left out of a Will? Or do you think that you are entitled to more? If you are an “eligible person”, you might be able to contest the Will.
Fixed Fee Services
I know legal costs can be scary- so I offer some fixed fee services for
family law ( consent orders, parenting plans and divorce)
Estate planning ( Wills , Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardians
Probate and Letters of Administration.
For ongoing litigation or more complex matters, I also offer services charged at my hourly rate of $450 incl GST per hour.
I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consult and we can discuss if my fixed fee option suits you and your family.
