Has a loved on died? We can help you obtain Probate or Letters of Administration to administer the estate.

Have you been left out of a Will? Or do you think that you are entitled to more? If you are an “eligible person”, you might be able to contest the Will.
Clear legal Fees - No surprises
I know legal costs can be scary- so I offer some fixed fee services for
family law (consent orders, parenting plans and divorce)
Estate planning (Wills , Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardians
Probate and Letters of Administration.
For ongoing litigation or more complex matters, I also offer services charged at my hourly rate of $500 incl GST per hour.
Prior to your first appointment, we will send you a Cost Agreement, so you have a clear estimate of costs. We usually request 1 hour into Trust, prior to your first appointment.
