Fixed Fee Services
I know legal costs can be scary- so I offer some fixed fee services for
family law ( consent orders, parenting plans and divorce)
Estate planning ( Wills , Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardians
Probate and Letters of Administration.
For ongoing litigation or more complex matters, I also offer services charged at my hourly rate of $450 incl GST per hour.
I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consult and we can discuss if my fixed fee option suits you and your family.
Have you reached an agreement with your ex about that arrangement for the kids and just need some help to formalise your parenting agreement in a legal way?
I can help you formalise your parenting agreement into legally binding Consent orders and file them with the Court.
Do you want your parenting agreement in writing but don’t feel like you need to go to the expense of filing it with a Court? Or do you want flexibility to change the agreement down the track? A parenting plan is a great option. It is not legally binding ( like Consent Orders) - but parenting plans offer peace of mind and clarity between you and the other parent. Ideal if there are no risk concerns.
Have you reached agreement with your ex about how to divide your assets. Have you decided who keeps the house, cars , bank accounts and superannuation? Have you agreed to sell the house and how much you both get from the proceeds of sale?
If so, our fixed fee package might be right for you. Obtaining consent orders to divide property is an essential step to finalise your financial relationship with your ex.
