Have you reached an agreement with your ex about that arrangement for the kids and just need some help to formalise your parenting agreement in a legal way?

I can help you formalise your parenting agreement into legally binding Consent orders and file them with the Court.

This package includes:-

  1. 15 minute introduction phone call

  2. 2 appointments with you( in person or via video link) - one to take instructions and provide advice and the second to go over the agreement and sign with you.

  3. I will then draft the parenting agreement into legally binding Consent Orders.

  4. I will send you a draft to approve and once approved, send to your ex ( or their lawyer) for them review and sign.

  5. Once you have both signed, i will then file the documents with the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia FCFCOA.

  6. Once orders are made I will provide you with a certified copy to finalise the matter.

This fixed fee product is design for families who have reached agreement. If your matter requires negotiation or the parenting arrangements are not agreed by you both - then this product is not for you and instead - i can assist at my normal hourly rate.

During our initial call, we can work out if this package if right for you.

Court filing fees are in addition to the fixed fee price.
