Do you want your parenting agreement in writing but don’t feel like you need to go to the expense of filing it with a Court? Or do you want flexibility to change the agreement down the track? A parenting plan is a great option. It is not legally binding ( like Consent Orders) - but parenting plans offer peace of mind and clarity between you and the other parent. Ideal if there are no risk concerns.

Includes

  • 1 to 2 appointment to discuss your parenting arrangements and I will provide legal advice and help you structure a workable and realistic parenting plan

  • I will then draft a parenting plan and send to you via email. You will have the opportunity to review, ask questions or seek amendments

  • You will then be given a final draft parenting plan to sign with you ex.

This package is ideal for parents who are relatively amicable and there is no risk concerns. It does not include negotiation if the other parent does nto agree. If you need me to negotiate, this would be done at my normal hourly rate.
